Are you drinking enough water? Lack of water can trigger headaches. Sodas can make things worse because they suck up the water in your body, leaving you dehydrated.
Also, take a multivitamin to compensate for any nutritional deficiencies.
It could even be something that you're eating. Sometimes acidic foods can cause head aches.
Get enough sleep. Get your eyesight checked. Being in front of the computer too much can cause eye strain and lead to head aches.
It could be stress as well.

Also, I would get an eye exam done. When my eye sight got weak, I started getting bad headaches and it was because I wasnt wearing any glasses/lenses and always trying to focus.

im suffering from severe headache everyday 2..nd doctor cudnt figure out lol...so i suppose its cuz of sinus..sigh..

do you have regular bowel movements? if you're not regular, those can cause headaches too.

I would go for an eye test - it may be that you need glasses and the strain on your eyes is causing you the headaches.
If your a woman, you could be pregnant. If not then maybe you need glasses?
