Headaches and their Hidden Meanings

I don’t know what causes headache…but I do know how to get rid of it without meds.

My hubby gets headaches quiet often. A good massage from your shoulder up, all over your head and face - helps release tension, and you will feel better without medicine.

I hear ya!!! I know what a nuisance those tension headaches can be. When I’m really stressed out, I also become nauseous along with getting a tension headache. At the same time, you can headaches due to dehydration and lack of essential vitamins/nutrients. SO make sure you’re getting sufficient water and taking a multivitamin.

I’ve also read that certain foods can trigger headaches or aggravate them such as dairy, chocolate, shellfish, meat/fish, and beverages containing caffeine such as tea, coffee, and soda. I’ve noticed that chocolate, soda, and cheese can aggravate my headache at times. Hope this helps:)
