… headache not fever … you are fine the whole day but at night … headache *sigh … only at night … don’t know why .. any idea what might be the reason behind it … 
thinking too much? having late night showers? watching too much tv? hmmm duno.. stress? cold wind getting to u?
Something specific in the food(s) you eat that's triggering a headache during that time of the night? Anything special that you usually eat during night time?
As Sadzzz pointed out, it could be stress. i started getting headaches when i was 6, and they've stayed with me so far (i'm 23 now). Best remedy for it - go to your room, switch off the lights, put some soothing music on, and sleep. :( That's the only thing that fixes it for me.

How do I know? I never get headaches.
It could also be caused by strain on your eyes from using the computer too much (i.e. cause of work, school). Cut back on anything straining your eyes and just let them relax along with your mind. Did you try getting temple/head massages to relieve some pressure and help you relax?

hmm dunno the reasons but havin a glass of watever or takin a bath helps alot.
Apparantely a headache can be caused by dehydration (as sharara mentioned) so try drinking lots of water when you feel a headache coming on.
hmmm not getting enough nourishment at night or in the morning , can trigger headaches . By my personal experience that is.
