Re: ==Headache /neck ache relief
I have heard if you roll the rolling pin in downwards motion on affected area 7 times. Have no idea the significance of 7...but it feels nice when rolling pin esp the ones with grooves is used.

Re: ==Headache /neck ache relief
normally either on coming cold or tension headaches.
best thing i find is resting and a comforting change in the temperature.
a good hot-cold shower helps improve the circulation of blood.
water jet therapy also helps.
in medicine, last resort a muscle relaxant, a sleeping pill.
but, best is to get better by freshening up, drink some tea or ice cold water, depending on weather and definitely getting a good restful sleep.
one of the good natured spouses can be kind and offer head daba-ying.
I have the rolling messagng thing, didnt work a lot:bummer:
hotcold shower sounds excrutiatingly painful:(well hot is fine but cold:hayaa:
You are right that the muscle relaxer should be the last resort and thats what I think too.
I have tried the tea, but cold water, I am going to see if that works.![]()
Thanks Dushi
Re: ==Headache /neck ache relief
sometimes i have really bad neck pain because of the way i sleep i suggest neck exercises u find them on the net they really helped me, if the warm shower is making it worse then put something cold on it
Go to a chiropractor and get to the cause. I used to get chronic neck and headaches everyday and nothing really worked. I haven't had them since seeing my chriopractor and can now tell when im tense and do the excercises he showed me. It work wonders.
