i am at work and i and i have severe headache. and i believe if i took a small nap it will make it worse.
is there any remedy or dua works for u guys?

i think it just tells others that u have a headache, otherwise this activity dont reduce any pain

Also try massaging the earllobe the same side that you’re headache is on.

That seems to work most of the time.
