i am at work and i and i have severe headache. and i believe if i took a small nap it will make it worse.
is there any remedy or dua works for u guys?

rub your temples for sometime. That will take care of it inshallah.

Also try massaging the earllobe the same side that you're headache is on.
That seems to work most of the time.

i think it just tells others that u have a headache, otherwise this activity dont reduce any pain

I believe it interferes with the nerves signal transmitting pain to the brain. It only works to an extent though. If you are in really SEVERE pain, i doubt it will help. But works for mild/mod pain.

apply moderate pressure on blood vessels on both temples for a lil while with breaks. usually works. iA

In my case, it's the lack of caffeine that spurs the headaches.
On the one hand, this is good for cleansing the system, but on the other, mujhe meri khuraak chaahiye scratching wrist smilie

Shortage of body fluids also causes headaches during roza, increase water intake after iftari.

I was told by someone that massaging the area between the forefinger and the thumb also helps to ease headaches.
Can't recall that it has worked for me though when I get headaches in ramzan. Maybe because I know that these are either from hunger or from withdrawal.....
