Hi guys…am after some help please.

On my walima I am wearing a very western style dress, jewellery is a heavy choker and earrings…not sure what I should wear on my head if anything as I will not be wearing a dupatta on my head but still want to look bride-ish!

You could wear a hair clip on the side of your hair-do.

Thanks guys....I don't really think the matha patti style suits me because my forehead is quite small! Was thinking of a tikka because I will be wearing my hair down but will this suit a English style outfit?

I think a simple teeka would look elegant… as long as its not a traditional looking teeka… u shud b fine :slight_smile:

i’m a huge fan of bridal hair accessories like bands n stuff too… so maybe u can try those?

Hey guys...my dress is a emerald green colour, one-piece with a train and gatherings...it has quite a lot of silver crystal work on it.

Will probably go for a simple tikka or jhommar?? As for most hair pieces you need to put hair up..

To Taz90 - Not at all hun…tikkas look very elegant no matter what the face-shape…if you want you could try wearing only a jhoomer with ur hair out..either way it’ll look amazing…so dnt stress :slight_smile:

i have seen lot of grls with small forhead wearing matha paata and tht looks good...wear it and then decide
