I guess sometimes slow 'n steady does get you the race:)

I can’t stop smiling:)

Could you tell us what sport, so those of us who find the winter olympics lame, don’t have to waste any effort in looking up the sport???

Ours is not to reason why;
Ours is but to do and die

It's got to be one of the biggest fluke of the sporting history.

It was pretty amazing, its still making me smile:)

Poor guy he looked so sheepish when they were going up to the podium:)

CM, it was men's short track speedskating 1000m.

man...Apollo could see the gold in his eyes before he went down...

the controversy now is that should the head refree have rerun the race? cause it is possible, the head ref. can make them race again. what do you guys think?

It would only have been fair had they rerun the race. The result doesn't make any sense at all. I mean the Bradbury guy cant even be tiny bit happy about what happened.

The US guy i can’t remember his name, came out in a wheelchair, the Canadian guy got cut pretty deeply by a blade as they all tumbled down.

I mean sure, that would’ve been the easier thing to do. But it certainly wasn’t possible - and if they had done it - it wouldn’t have been fair. Besides, falls 'n tumbles are pretty normal in short-track, btw the only reason Bradbury made it to the finals is because of the tumble in one of the semifinals. Those falls happen, its normal..even/almost unavoidable - I mean look at the way the track is set up its almost as if falls are to be expected. Its tough, its life, its amazing, so chin up and remember to smile

the Aussie deserved it .cuz he was the only one out of five who stayed on his feet or skates .rest all were down on ice ..crawling towards thefinish line ..thats pathetic .well done aussie.
