My USB hard drive isn’t working. I think my younger siblings played with it a bit too hard and then they didn’t safely eject it. What should I do or buy to get all the memory from it? it contains important files and mostly pictures from long ago. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Take it to a computer shop they will b able to retrieve the data

when you say its not working what does it mean? When you plug it in what happens? Does your operating system recognize the drive? Also, it would help if you could tell us the operating system you are using....
