Just saw a show on tv on it. Anyone tried it?
To me, it doesnt sound very safe or something i had trust with my health.
What do you guys think?

Extracting hCG from urine is about as gross as drinking desalinated water in places where there isn't any freshwater. After extraction, the hCG is free of toxins present in urine. Sure the idea is gross but the hCG itself isn't contaminated. Its the same as astronauts drinking recycled urine in space. Its harmless.
About this diet though, its not proven to be helpful and rather than looking for miracle cures you should just stick to increasing the frequency of meals while reducing the portion size and eliminating unhealthy foods. A little bit of weight/cardio didn't hurt anyone either.
