i don;t understand the christian teachings at all, somebody explain to me if hazrat esa (elehisalatuwasalaam) desended amongst the heavens then how did the romans crucify them on the cross. i don’t get it did this happen!!!
2condly, hazrat esa (elehisalatuwasalaam) had suposedly according to the christian teachings had feed a certain amount of ppl with 2 loafs of bread and wine!!! is this true as well.
plz kindly explain and i hope i have addressed this issue correctly if not my sincere apologeez
IM, why dont you try to do some research on your own?. Do you know the concept of trinity in christianity? I will suggest that you read up on that. After you have read some of the christian beliefs than we can have some meanigful discussion.
Regarding your query of loaf and wine, ever heard of mircale? Did you know that Allah had given other powers to Jesus as well...like raising people from dead.
The Titulluem ( the wooden sign placed on the Cross stating he was King of the Jews in Hebrew, Greek & Latin) exists, and is a historical relic. And, the crucifaxation is a factual verbatim fullfillment of Old Testement biblical prophecy of the Messiah taking upon himself the burden of the sins of the World.
The West takes heat for the freedoms it allows. And, yet, adherence to the laws of God are a choice- an exercise of free will given by God. Yes, alcohol and other dangerous freedoms are available in the West, And, yet, those who abuse the privledge are a small fraction of the total population. (Like the number of Iraqis protesting agianst America) Why is this? It is because God gives us freedom to choose. Most choose wisely, some do not.
No offence intneted, does Islam have less faith in the strength of the faith of Muslims that it forbids such temptations by denying them?

mrpeckets, your generalizations are laughable. Will you like to back up your claim with credible evidence? Particularly "small fraction of the total". How many kids/adults go out on Friday and Saturday nights and drink? Is that a small fraction? How many of them end up having sex before marriage (its forbidden in Isalm, I dont know about your religion). No, Islam does not have less faith in the strength of the faith of Muslims, whatever is forbidden in Isalm is for a reason. It is our duty as the followers to understand the reasoning behind it. BTW, its not the small fraction of Iraqis that want US to leave Iraq. Its the Shia majority which is roughly 55% of Iraqis.

Laugh away, Kaleem! It's amazing how I can applaud your posts on some topics and be amazed at your opinion on others!
Children act like children - as we grow, we (hopefully) learn! Youth implies ignorance. Sex before marriage is forbidden in Christianity, as well as Islam. It's called "fornication". Do Christians sin? Do Muslims sin?
"Let he who is without sin cast the first stone!"
The reasoning behind the prohibition it is actually quite simple. People are used and abused solely for the purpose of sex. It degrades the soul of those who who choose to partake in it before marriage. Those men and women who cheapen what God has given do so out of igorance. It pollutes the soul and effects the purity of one's future relationship with ones spouse.
Promiscuity goes hand-in-hand with many other of the tricks of Satan, such as homosexuality! (I understand that listing polygamy as a sin would get me trouble with some Muslims!)
Baghad is a city of how many, 6 million? Yet only 10's of thousands protest? Mathematically, I'd call that a fraction!
Sorry, Changez-like, but I feel the question relevant! I responded to a post with my opinion. It is only right I respond to the questions posed by Kaleem while he may not like my answers.

Mrpockets, could you please give me more info on the "Titulluem"?
A recent feature on the History Channel listed these proofs of it’s authenticity:
Was not in the order listed in Biblical texts - which a forger would have done - he would have followed the Bible;
Greek & Latin was written from right to left, just like the Hebrew, which a Jewish scribe would have naturally done;
The scribe used ancient abbreviations that were only used for the relatively short period of 150 years which coincides with the time when Christ was crucified.
