Ang. Weight gain for first pregnancies is around 25-35 pounds. There are a multitudes of exercises available depending on your mobility and size during pregnancies. Breast feeding will definiely help in getting you back in pre-pregancy shape. It is imporant to exercise in the first few months of hte pregnancy and then doing stomach exercise in the end. They will also help you with delivery.

Well, stretch marks aren’t particularly attractive so if a woman feels uncomfortable with them, she should do someone about this. The husband should understand, true. I personally wouldn’t like stretch marks on me at all.
