Having back Pain and issue of hunger

AOA. Friends I am in 5th month of pregnancy but mjy bhok ni lgti :(. I consulted my doctor but still with medicine no effect.. Kindly tell me how to increase my diet and what is healthy to take? Also I feel pain in my backbone. is it due to pregnancy or any other cause may be? If it is due to pregnancy then how can I reduce it? Please help

U can’t help with pains in pregnancy. Its better to bear it rather taking any pain killers. U can use gels for pain (used externally)
Regarding diet, u have to eat healthy whenever u feel hungry. its not necessary to eat all time. Just make sure , ur baby doing fine .

Back pain are very common during pregnancy. I used this type of a pillow to support my back everynight…its helped a lot: Sleeper Keeper Pillow, Vintage - Walmart.com

you also have to make your posture is proper. here something on it;

Good posture also means sitting with care. Choose a chair that supports your back, or place a small pillow behind your lower back. Consider propping your feet on a low stool.

I followed babycenter.com during my pregnancy and they will send you weekley updates with the baby growth, what part of the baby is growing that week/month and what you should be doing and eating. great stuff.

Are you getting plenty of proteins (meat, nuts, cheese)? And healthy, whole grains? These should help you last longer.

Even if you eat little but healthy , its good enough. Eat smaller things instead of a full celebrated meal. Things like nuts, cheese, boiled egg , a piece of fruit etc , dates .. these really do add value immensely and dont involve too much eating either :cb:

Have you tried a belly belt? I had horrible back pain during my last pregnancy and my doctor recommended the belly belt.
It supports your belly and relieves pain in your back.
