SU - the doo-doo comment was my first usual chauvinist reaction to the post - that was for Tox.
Ali gave it a rather sensible turn, I totally agree with him (have experienced the same being the brother of two sisters).

Sometimes my sisters get on my nerves. Especially when because of them I have to stay in uni till 8, 9, 10 and sometimes 1 in the night:bummer:

I've always wanted a sister :( I've always thought it would be so wonderful to have a little sister to spoil, but I guess I get to do that with my lily bug.

Janwar I am the eldest but my siblings treat me like I am the youngest or something. They boss me around. My brother and my sisters. My sisters allah unka bhallah kare do not even look younger then me, they look older, sound older and they are slightly taller than me! Considering I am 5 11

I think having any positive female influence in a man's life, will in some shape or form his life. For example, my cousins do not have a sister (4 boys), however, they are four of the most respectable and polite members of the male species I have met. They have always been protective of me and have said numerous times before acting they consider how it would be if the person in question was their mother or me for example.
I do think women can be calming influences.

it's good to have sisters, as you can share your feelings with them....saying that i have 2 sisters...the oldest is a difficult to get on with and very self-centred... the youngest is lovely and always there at your time of need...however i would be lost without both of them
we have 2 brothers and we all get along really well MashAllah..
I have one daughter and 2 sons...and despite health problems would love to have another daughter, as i don't want my daughter to ever feel isolated and i feel that sisters are very important and can get you through all the problems that life throws at you

I e-mailed this to my sister when I saw it and said Thank you. For me having my younger sister around is a blessing.

I just read 1st two lines of Poster or thread openner. It made me laugh. Not all the researchers find the truth or right thing. Or their guessing might not be true. LOL

When you get annoying sister or who get Jealous of you or do something wrong for you for whole life out of nothing as I have seen in some places how could be that a blessing?
I have seen 3 sisters and 2 of them are like friends and they make hell out of the 3rd one. Don't know why and I don't ask personal question to ppl.
What I found the 2 who are friends are not as beautiful as the third one. Might be that be reason. 2 are liars and the 3rd one is not. 2 are cunning and selfish and 3rd one is not as I noticed myself.
According to that situation how could be that a blessing for bechari 3rd one. They even made her to live her to other married sister.
They don't let her say anything or talk to anyone. I think told about too much blessings.
