Alvena, here is a suggestion. I want you to try it out a few times when you're around this guy....and see if it makes a difference.
You said that you were "blatantly" staring at him. Um......blatant type of staring can freak people out because it come of as a rather STRONG.
So, if you know that you're going to be in the same place as him, just DON'T look at him. Be occupied with something else. Don't look in his direction, act as if he isn't there EVEN if he IS there. And for a couple of days go "missing in action". Do this for a while.............and see how he reacts.
He might be scared that you like him. So, act like you don't like him....and that might prompt him to act differently.
Ok blatently is a strong word, but i think he knows i look at him in a different way.
But i do like your suggestion and i wll carry the plan out then inform people of what happens.
