We have ladies brunchs in the morning and there we have varities of breakfast items.we have differant menues always.
simple parathas ,poori, harai masalai kai parathai, aloo or chani kee dall kai parsaathai. basen wali roti.
chanai, achari alooo. dum ka qeema,and yes i makes seekh kabab ka salen with parathas and it goes yummmy. with coal dum on the salen. achar gosht or chicken.
diffient types of omlate,like cheese ,spanish or u can make khagina tooo.
U can make any of the halwa like soooji ,basin chani kee dall or looki and pumpkin ka helwa.select one.
bake a cake or muffins. or fruit dessert.
kashmiri chai goes great in breakfast with all this heavy stufff.
and meethi lassi is must for a punjabi breakfast.
u can add garlic bread,pan cakes,or waffels to ur break fast tooo.
paya and nihari is agood option too with nann.
