WOT I WANNA KNOW IS…IS TEA BETTER THAN COFFEE OR IS COFFEE BETTER THAN TEA?HEALTH N’ TASTE WISE… PERSONALLY I DONT MIND A BIT OF BOTH.BUT IF COFFEE’S BETTER THAN TEA THEN WHY BOTHER HAVIN TEA WHICH ISNT BETTER THAN THE COFEE WHICH IS WOT YOU COULD BE HAVIN IF YOU WERENT HAVING TEA…AND VISE VERSA…GET WOT IM SAYIN???

Tea is considered better for your health. Especially herbal type teas. Healthiest is probably tea with no sugar and no milk, but dont take my word for it! :) :)

PHOOL()..dear you shpuld drink tea with lemon in the morning,,this will clear your face complexion,and it is good for health,i mean if you have any pimple ya chera par kohi dag wagara ho,also it is good for digesation..
