seen someone talking to him/herself?
or has anyone ever told you that they saw you muttering to yourself?
I have never seen anyone but have heard about a distant aunt..people say she keeps talking to herself while doing home chores.

autism bhi aik cheez hoti hai...may be ye bhi koi bemaari hi ho..lekin i have heard some people do it but they are normal otherwise.

Yeah - saw lots of people whilst working with patients in the pyschciatry department a first very scary experience but now I am used to it.
Also people with tourettes syndrome.

**haN…mere ek dada ke bhai the jo aisaa karte the…he lived to be 99 years of age…we thought he was doing it because he was too old. he use to say that he talks to the Jins and once he told my phuppho that she was dead…jab phuppho ne kahaa k nahiiN baba, maiN to zinda huN alHamdolillah to vo bole yeh tumhaaraa apnaa kahnaa hai magar meraa Jin mujh se kahtaa hai k tum mar chukii ho 
looks like his Jin was NOT up-to-date with his knowledge of the future, present or the past****…

I c...well i have never seen someone like this. I thought it could be habitual too. but you being a doc can tell more accurately.

Oh. I was afraid of relating my question to this Jinn-o-phobia that is all around GS now a days.
Khair ap ke dada ke bhai ki story parh ke main ye bhi bata don ke meri un door-paray ki relative ke baray main bhi log kuch aisa hi kehty hain ke wo jinnat se baat karti hain.

My brother does...its so annoying, especially when its obvious that he finds himself so amusing!
I think its just thinking aloud/ practising how to say something to someone!
I don't think there's anything wrong with it, as long as its not Gollum-style compulsive and uncontrollable!

aww emphadiate...Has anyone out of your family ever told you that your brother was doing this and they thought its not normal?
Because people tend to related such things to abnormality or jinn etc things..
