doctors yes? few years back we went to sahiwal to see a eye specialist
my elder brother and dad was with me.
during our consultation one pakistani came in his one eye out and trying to negotiate his fees but he said that is my final fees.
I said to him doctor sahib us ki help karain.
He replied to me doctor sahib aab kis kis ki help kerain? Bandage costs so much dollars and so on.
that patient went out but this matter still effects me a lot still remember farid town of sahiwal where that eye surgeon was based.

In all fairness, doctors can/should be expected to provide their services and expertise, regardless.........but when it comes to equipment, as much as Id want free equipment for all, fact is that that it costs money, and unless its in a charity funded hospital, a doctor would be unable to finance the equipment for each patient.
