Peer pressure ,
stress ,
heart broken ,
depression,
desperation .

How can others avoid giving in to these kinds of pressures ?

I do smoke.. sometime for a week then quit for 2 weeks.. then start again.. ..most of times coz of stress !

I used to smoke :@:, i started in school yr 11 :@:, my frnds used to do it, so i tried it and liked it but finally manged to quit smoking about a 1 month ago.......I stopped it for someone :@:

I smoked for a while in High school and college. I guess I did it cause it gave me something to do when everyone else was drinking, also felt like being a girl who smoked made me seem 'cool' or 'intense' so lame! Now I don't even smoke sheesha! Its all nicotine and so bad for you!

I have tried smoking ciggarettes a couple times for experimental purpose.
Never liked it.

my vice these days is an occassional cigar, once every few months.
last one I had was in June this year, time to get another soon :slight_smile:

speaking of my vitium . Nothing at all , sober from last five years ... And all of my attempts from cocaine to Alcohol were Experiments.

alhamdulillah, haven't had the opportunity... but did take 2 puffs of father's cigarette which he left on the motorcycle one day.. (back when i was 6)

One of my friend smokes, so whenever we hung out, i'd take a few puffs from her. she never asked me to , but i just felt like doing it. uhm one time i smoked an entire cig and i had breathing/bronchial probz for a month, so that stopped it :(

yes!!
for one year about 3 times a day. And that is joint/herb/weed.

What would happen if your workplace has mics??

yes it made me feel light headed,sick and my head hurted especially the firstest time u smoke

Alhumdullah nothing like that in my life…even my buddies are really like me. (and non of them are Pakistanis :p)

but once when i was around 13, one day i went to my cuzin house in Pakistan. they had this small huqa in their basement. i thought its a decoration piece so just inhale the first puff, and right over there i was :mudhosh:
from that day i am allergic tobacco…even parfum sometimes tick me off too.
