I saw one yesterday for the first time :(. We were in the car driving past this one really bad accident and I saw the guy on the stretcher and his face had blood all over it and they just put a sheet over his head. :frowning: I’ve never actually seen a dead body before in real life, and kasme it made me sick to my stomach when I actually did see it.

If I didn't have an exam on the day, I would have had to wash my granddad's brother's body when I was 14.

My dad was too freaked out to do it so my mother ordered me and my brother to do it instead :D

Luckily I had an exam so I escaped. My brother ended up having to do it together with a 12 year old cousin of mine, my uncle, and the imam from the mosque.

Apparently, it was mega freaky how cold and rubbery the guy felt.

Dead body? More than once. I've also seen decaying corpses being dissected.

I saw a dead body on the road and photographed it. It was a dead squirrel. I have the photo I took of it on my computer, does anyone want me to upload it?

Seen lots of dead bodies. Some dissected at the med school in my Uni and others at the mosque before funerals.

I use to have corpseophobia proper style but not anymore, it’s only a human like you and me minus the soul, if anything it’s the ones with the souls you have to fear.

In my village in Pakistan my cousins would hate walking through the cemetry at night because it scared them but it didn’t bother me, as long as you have Eman in your heart and you know your recitations and chants use them and Allah :swt: will protect you from Jinnaat and stuff.

It wasn’t his dad. It was his uncle, and he was freaking out because he was upset that he was dead and couldn’t bear seeing him in that state.

Besides which, what’s the point in having kids if you can’t have them wash human corpses for you :stuck_out_tongue:
