but seriously what are pros n cons.....hubs wouldn't normally care about these things but he has seen some 'visible' difference.
I'm a bit more cautious as hubs wants to get their heart healthy pack for my FIL who is a heart patient. I don't want him to go ahead but need some good reasons to say so.
