So we have Pakistani guy whp has always been complaining that how a group of other people have been manipulating things to get benefit and shifting the workload onto us Paki guys. So we backed him to be the supervisor and after that things havent changed a bit. The same group of people still getting the same benefits while the guy just ignores the Pakis and tries to keep others happy. Is this a Paki trait?

I doubt that this kind of thing can be attributed to paki-ness. Sounds more like its someone who got a bit more power and wants even more. Common occurrence in the corp world no matter what the background yeah?
