Have you been stopped by the police as a motorist?
I can remember 4 times that I have been stopped.
When I just passed my driving. I went out one evening to pick someone up and was about 10 metres from my destination when i got stopped by the Police…I did not have my headlights on!
I went to work and could not find anywhere to park…so I start circling this road where I normally parked my car…hoping someone was going to move so that I can park my car…after several trips around that street, I got stopped by the Police who were standing outside one of the houses. They thought I was a drug dealer!
Got stopped at a roadblock. Apparently I had some driving fine that I had not paid, and it had built up. I offered to pay as soon I got to work, but the Bailiffs with the police wanted the money there and then. I got angry and took out my belongings gave them the keys and said that they could keep the car. The Police got suspicious as to why I was giving up my car, so they asked to wait until they checked I had insurance. After about 20 minutes, I got a bus and left!
