And what about you? Were you or are you still confused? LOL

I have a Pakistani friend who gets her hindi and urdu mixed up. She’ll sometimes in all seriousness say sentences like “Mujhay vishwaas nahin ho raha.” OR she’ll say things like “Mainay aik sapna dekha.”

i was never confused, well not atleast about Urdu. i used it for a reason. so it wasn’t a deliberate mistake.

i find it fun to use different words during my conversation…just like a chinese biryani

ps. urdu is a “lashkari zaban”, which means several scripts/languages formated it, including hindi.

ps2. i like to use word “mun” instead of dil (as in heart), cuz dil reminds me of lays’ dill pickle
