that stupid, they should divide bus in two sections like in Karachi.... buses only for women is waste of resources.

waisay i like the idea. the amount of harrasment and lack of seats reserved for women section is just ridiculous. i hope the trend catches on in karachi as well. a lot more women use public transport for work/school/colleges as it is cheaper than keeping a car in khi.

^ in bigger buses the sections are DIVIDED, in smaller ones (like minibus/coach) they have "reserved" seats but overcrowding does pose a problem there.

I wonder if they would allow ladies to climb on top of the roof too. That would be one heck of a seen. Bunch or women hanging on the entry door screaming sadar, sadar sadar sadar saday.

I've been on the big, old, silver bar wali, jangly, dusty buses. I love it.
Only the tanga beats the experience.

hmmm I think gadha ghari is my fav, but tanga and rikshaw are next, I dont think I have ever been on a bus.
