This morning Queen Elizabeth wore a dupatta to her jubilee celebration. I really like how it looked with her dress and her hat so I’ve decided that I’m going to start wearing fascinators with my desi attire.
Opinions?

I wear them sometimes with my hijab, for parties and stuff. Not really done it with Asian clothes though. I think I've only seen it worn on catwalk shows, the pretty ones with crystals and feathers

I would like to try a fascinator but I just don't think they go with Pakistani outfits.

I lovvvvvvvvvvvvvve fascinators but I have not been able to find one that looks good on me!
I do think it could work with desi outfits if you find the right kind though...

I usually wear them with more fusion-style outfits, my full-on desi outfits get the pleasure of being accessorized with desi hair jewellery. Accessorize are a good place to buy, quite reasonably priced.
