Again propaganda. Those ‘ownership’ videos are usually concoctions.

And the Taliban is not in Kashmir, though they may be in minor numbers. The groups there are Hizbul Mijahideen and LeT. And both groups have vast support in Kashmir. Especially amongst the youth.

Even though it does not matter whether they have any support or not. They fight for Allah, not the people.

They claim to fight for Allah (according to their interpretations of the religion), and trample on haqooq ul ibad. A good example of using religion to further ones political agenda.
