Oh you have all brought back so many memories for me!!!!!

We hired Ankahi and Tanhayian from the library to watch on Video, then BBC 2 decided to show Tanhayian on a weekly basis and my (marhoom) nani ma used to get my mum to tape it off the televion every week. We still have the videos and when I go home to mum's I have watched ti a few times........
Best bits I remember, if you guys don't mind me sharing are:
Saad Salman - Me and my sister used to call him Sad Salmon!!!!!!!
Naunlakha - Malik Makan's sister used to go on about it!!!
Khutbudin KABACHAAAAAAAA!!! - Need I say more; he was CLASS!!!
Bibi and Baba - Chasme badooooooor!!! (Oh they were lovely weren't they!!!)
Sania and Zara's clothes - well more Sania's really - there were some nice outfits there - for the time!!!

I don't remember so much about Ankahi, exccept the chicken??? Was there a chicken or am I imagining that???

Does anyone remember a serial called "Sonah chandi"?

Again, it was one that we hired from the Library.....it was vry very funny about a husband and wife............if you remember it, please share your favourite moments.....
If you know the serial, you will remember:
Inakeh Kinahke Konakeh (about her husband if I remember correctly!!)
Baaji Ruskana - (instead of Baaji Rukhsana!)

ankahi was such an amaaazing drama. They will never be able to recreate the magic of mamoo, jibraan, timmy and sana :-( it was excellent.
