Helping hand: IKF sends second consignment of flood relief items – The Express Tribune
T**he Imran Khan Foundation dispatched its second consignment of relief goods to flood victims in Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab on Wednesday.**A rapid assessment was conducted to determine the severity of floods, the need for emergency relief items and temporary shelter.
In the first phase after the assessment, the Imran Khan Foundation identified an immediate need for emergency relief packages in AJK and the Punjab. Around 500 families in AJK, 500 in Chiniot and 500 families in Jhang were given relief items in the first phase.
An IKF relief team recently visited flood-affected areas between Athara Hazari (Jhang) to Shujabad (Multan). The team identified six union councils – Khanpur Qazian, Paunta, Mara, Gurdaspur, Jalalpur Khaki and Bagrian – in Shujabad district that were hit the hardest. Hundreds of displaced people were in dire need of emergency healthcare. Seven trucks carrying the second consignment of food items for flood victims were dispatched to Athara Hazaari and Shujabad from the IKF’s office in Lahore. Food hampers included flour, sugar, pulses, tea, milk and cooking oil.

Constantly badmouthing PTI, his colleagues, yet he has the shameful audacity to ask for invitation for Multan Jalsa. Why? On what basis? I thought he didn't believe in those things?

I really feel sorry for Hashmi. He should actually retire from politics with immediate effect.
Not because he came out against Imran but because when I see his interviews now, he is doing same 3rd grade politics that is associated with Sheikh Rasheed, Hanif Abbasi, Aaapa Firdoos Aashiq awan. Hashmi was much better than these dumbs. Perhaps his health is deteriorating and that is also having effect.
