Suo Moto action was taken by the SHC, but the judges are too scared of MQM goons to carry out their investigation..
Going by the thuggish actions of Lawyers recently, I am sure they are capable of taking care of themselves against the MQM goons.
Don't worry, there is always the courts in the UK which is about to put MQM leader in jail. :)
