While your Muslim friends are having a serious discussion on some daily life matter, when one of the friends give a religious perspective of that matter to which the other replies:
" Yaar, madhab ko beech mein mat lao, hum bohat gunehgaar hein, hum Prophet ki tarah nahin ho saktey "
Translation: “Please don’t bring religion into this discussion, we are very sinful. We can’t become like prophets”
Such replies amazes me. I mean no one can become like prophets, we can only try our level best to follow them. But giving such an excuse to continue doing something clearly forbidden in religion is like intentionally closing ones eyes to avoid looking at the real and apparent truth.
