Re: has anyone tried

I never heard this thing :(

Re: has anyone tried

Well if were the superstitious type, i would then interpret anything I saw that was even remotely negative as being a jinn. If on the day I were walking down the street, and say a black cat staring at me as i walked past it, I would assume that was a jinn.

When people want to believe something, anything, even the most mundane is enough to convince you of a "presence."

Funny story, I was on the train and was getting late for an appointment. The train had been stuck for ten minutes, because someone pulled the emergency break of the train in front of us. So I think, "God if your there, please make this dumb train move within the next minute so i won't be late...". Lo and behold, just as the minute winds down, the train starts moving.

Probably coincidence, but then again...

Re: has anyone tried

hahahaha. thanks for sharing this. i have a similar incident.

last tuesday i needed to get somewhere in a half hour, but i ended up leaving at the wrong time and hit lotssss of traffic, so I had to take a different raasta which takes longer to get to my destination. So i prayed: “God, please allow me to get there on time”

and i got there just in time. not quite sure how :cb:

Re: has anyone tried

Yeah, life is weird like that. I wonder if it is God making himself felt through the little things? I don’t know, but it sure makes you feel nice to believe God actually cares about you on some level, imperfect as we are. God rocks! :dhimpak:

^ lol. what a reply from the moderator of a half dozen sub-forums

Re: has anyone tried

Go read Tolkien, Nibelungen Saga, Harry Potter etc.

I can't understand the association of myths with Islam. If you think that myths are written in the Holy Qur'An, go see a doctor before you read Tolkien, Nibelungen Saga and Harry Potter.

Islam and the Holy Qur'An perfect, just 2 examples. You don't want me to write down the whole Qur'An, do you?

And Allah has created every animal from water. Of them are* some *that go upon their bellies, and of them are *some *that go upon two feet, and among them are *some *that go upon four. Allah creates what He pleases. Surely, Allah has the power to do all that He pleases.

Sura Al-Nuur, Verse 46

In 1953 and NOT (except the Holy Qur'An) before, Stanley Miller proved in Urey-Miller Experiment that Life begun in and through water.

"And assuredly I will lead them astray and assuredly I will excite in them vain desires, and assuredly I will incite them and they will cut the ears of cattle; and assuredly I will incite them and they will alter Allah’s creation.’ And he who takes Satan for a friend beside Allah has certainly suffered a manifest loss."

Sura Al-Nisa, Verse 120

Every one is aware of the fact that stem cells are taken from an animals ear to clone.

Die Welt, German newspaper wrote on the 7th January 2000 following:

"A piece of ear becomes a cattle. America and Japanese scientists have cloned 6 healthy cattles from skin cells of an ear belonging to a 17 year old japanese Bull "Kamitakafuku"."

Re: has anyone tried

so humans areeeeee animals? :faizy:

i see hints of evolution in there. :rotato:

Re: has anyone tried

Peace philosophy

There is no doubt that human form is animal … There never was any contention regarding this … Evolution I think not

Re: has anyone tried

I believe that Evolution fits in Islam, but not a blind Evolution. And no, I’m not saying that apes were our ancestors. If you look at Today’s World, humans are worse than animals. A animal must kill to survive. Humans beings kill out of lust and epmtiness in the mind.

Re: has anyone tried

read this again. i think you yourself don’t know what you’re saying.

Re: has anyone tried

^

clarify me. What do you mean?

Re: has anyone tried

if you think evolution occurs, then humans are animals.

but then you said humans are worse than animals. so are humans not animals :hmmm:

so how do you se evolution fitting in with your religious beliefs (curious).

Re: has anyone tried

that was just a observation. I hope I could clear the misunderstanding.

Re: has anyone tried

Do you believe in 'jin'?

Re: has anyone tried

How did a jinn thread turn into evolution:bummer: ?

Re: has anyone tried

:smack:
Philosophy saab.. Lets stop indulging in fantasies about things “evolving” and these crazy ape ancestor stories, and get back to the reality of jinn.
