Has anyone seen this Indian ad?

An Indian girl is riding in the back of a rickshaw with her mother. It looks like they’ve just been to the bazaar/ sabzi mandi. [There is Indian music and it looks like it is going to be a funny advert.] Then we see the rickshaw driver adjusting his mirror so that he can look at her in un-nice ways. The girl has no idea, and is looking out of the rickshaw to the street and casually scratches her neck. Obviously, he enjoys this. Suddenly, the Mother sees what he is doing and screams ‘STOOOOOOOOOOOOP! / RUKOOOH!’ at which point the rickshaw jolts to a halt and she pushes and shoves her and her daughter off of the rickshaw. The girl is totally confused. Her mother turns around and gives her a sharp slap around the face. Bewildered, shocked, her eyes well up as she stares, frightened and confused by her mother. Then the voice over: ‘DOES THIS LOOK FAIR TO YOU?’ …or something to that effect is said.

I only saw this advert once, it was on an Indian channel, maybe Star Gold / Plus, but I really really need to remember the foundation they were advertising… It was something like breaking culture or changing culture or challenging culture in India… Can anyone help? Has anyone else seen this ad?

JazakAllah khair in advance!

Sorry all for the messy post, but it doesn't seem to be letting me Edit.

Re: Has anyone seen this Indian ad?

err well its just an ad to raise cultural awareness and to sort of encourage people to break non-sensical cultural habits that cause misery to the victims. It was referring to a specific foundation that works in this cause though... But I can't remember the name...
