I agree with above posters......her prices prices seem too good to be true.......No other facebook vendor can come close in prices......if seem too good to be true and they are offer cheap or alot of free services BE VERY CAREFUL......there is certain cost involved to make all these dresses anybody selling below cost has something to hide....so I would stay away from unreputable vendors.......

Dear UmMohsin, You can check the review tabs.I am too lazy to ask customers to give feedback so new customers can have trust in us.If you still fear you can order only one dress first and if you like our work and the work and fabric we promise you can go on with us.

Yup you are right but we added only one replica folder which is not far far below in Facebook albums.We have our own designs too which are not replicas you can ask us by mail or on Facebook for those designs and you can have them as it is.
If you say that photos used are from designers and are not ours then that is how boutiques run in pakistan they show you catalogue and then you choose a design or they have some from their collection and still customer can ask for custom design from catalogue.
In web its hard to show our collection and its mixed with other photos.

If you want you can pay extra if you like. Alhamdulillah our prices are lower then boutiques which work here in Pakistan and we do not charge crazy prices because one live abroad.Prices at our stores in Maryland and Toronto are also very affordable.Our marketing policy is low margin and higher sales if we loot a customer one she will not come again unless she is super rich or crazy coz if anyone else quote her a lower price she will never order agian and we will loose customer.

Thanks for warning. I remember i read a thread in paklink which was regarding a bogus boutique and the lady sell super cheap dresses and she collected money and never appeared again.I know only ordering is a risk and we also used paypal which a bogus boutique or a fraud can not use due to their protection although we are not accepting payments over $250 through paypal due to their stupid policies and zero seller protection.
And Hidayah as far as costs are concerned we use pure fabric unless we mention that we are not using it and best quality embellishment material and still we are not doing it for free we are earning good.If you want to pay extra we do not mind it.Mostly light formal dresses can be done in $200 but if you like to pay like $300 or above then we are happy to accept em :P.

two days ago now someone posted on a comment i had posted on their wall explaining their experience about how la a's had promised it would be recieved by 3 weeks and after 2 months there was still no sign of it!! they didnt even bother to reply to her email, she had to buy something last minute as it was for her sisters wedding.
Also they convinced her to do bank transfer and refused the paypal.
She left the same comment all over their wall
The next day la a's had deleted all these comments-why delete if you have nothing to hide?

After speaking to her through inbox I found out about another customer who they delayed and throughout the whole buying experience they treated her like absoluely rubbish!!

They are very nice before purchase and after recieving amount arent as bothered!

I was going to order a huge amount of custom made items from them but after being warned I will definately be taking my custom elsewhere!!! As the saying goes-better safe then sorry

As for why they dont have many reviews- I dont think its about them being bothered a pleased customer would naturally leave a nice comment which "coincidently" they seem to lack

I have done my duty in warning others as I know theyre offer is very tempting, now its upto yourselves if you want to take the risk

Sorry all i dont visit paklinks normally but just searched this thread and found the comment of soniidesigns.

First of all professionals should not rate services of other professionals. I dont know sonnidesigns and they did not even ordered from me how can they rate our service.

1: Lets talk about paypal first. We have been looted almost 6 time and lost around 4000 USD to dishonest customers. First of all paypal does not support pakistan, there customer protection system enable customer to claim that parcel is not received and if order is over $250 one have to provide signatured delivery confirmation which normally pakistani courier companies does not provide. Then if there is any dispute and you provide them with more than enough evidence they will make decision without asking for any information or further evidence required and then on calling them they will tell ya that why will do the thorough inquiry how that happen at last nothing will happen. To make paypal more troublesome just accept credit card payment and wait for a charge back that it was fraudulent transaction…sssssss…Paypal is sleeping…they will even respond to charge-back after 15 days and it will be a decision in favor of credit card company…
For hard earned money it really hurts that you lost your money and your lost your dresses…

2: As far as our support is concerned…it is out class. Any one send us message, sms , viber or email we try to reply asap if online then it is in minutes but there is only one example “sumayyia naeem” who is weirdly unable to message us in our hotmail account and use to send us email in yahoo which we made for her exclusively. so obviously we would not have checked it more oftenly.

3: Delayed order: I dont want to lie but it. We allow 5 days for shipping transit time but once it was delayed to almost 20 days at eid ul adha ( three four years back christmis time) and yup it was UPS and after that we stopped working with them although they were very good. That customer was asma sadique which despite of that incident still is our regular customer.
As far as that comment the quoted poster is talking about it was some bangladeshi customer in UK. She f^^^ek up with her dress by modifying colors. I still have her dress photos somewhere it was KARMA Alladine jumpsuite replica which was stunning and we did super great job replicating it despite of her alterations and super super huge size. Her dress turned out to be disaster in color scheme area and she asked us if she can return it and then she started blackmailing us that she will tell all our customers that what we are doing n blah blah…but thankfully we had her dress photos so we cleared that issue at that time. Her order was not delayed but we sent her that dress in 8 days advance.
All of you just imagine what will happen if you replace grey top color with black and remove the work on top…

4: After reading the review thing i think i should start asking customers about reviews. We were using feedback app in facebook with stars and rating feature which was disabled by facebook then. After that we did not ask anyone to send us review since that app was not available. I will inshallah mail few customers to give me feedbacks.

5: Sonnidesign:::: I dont think so you were ordering from me i remember my customers very well from names and by locations … Your account on Paklink is only with 1 post…i think you made if to give a bad review for me only well thanks for that. I know customer is always right but sometimes she is not…Even one can have bad experience with famous designers. We only had one bad experience which i discussed earlier which was also due to courier company and for that we are still sorry to asma sadique. To compensate that we give her huge discount on her next order(almost at cost).

This was all from us if any customer is unsatisfied then we are responsible and will issue full or partial refund.
I am thinking of making a tread for our boutique on paklinks for our work and feedback.

Sehrysh we were working in toronto (cooks rd) Milton (savoline blvd) as basement boutique but we are not working there anymore. Inshallah in near future we are planing a proper store in toronto ( Mississauga area).

**Anyone who is afraid that we are fraud of is hesitate in ordering from us. Just give me reference of this thread on facebook i will give you link to customer reviews and will give you discount to make your order less riskier :D

And if one thinks our prices are too good to be true... You can PAY us MORE :D
