Is Instagram only used for photosharing and friend-making etc. on mobiles in the U.S. or it is locally available in Pakistan too? I would like to make a similar application for mobiles for people in Pakistan! It requires security, exchange format standardisation for pics on mobiles and standard camera insertion in mobile makes of the country! That’s what I think!

What about videos and rapid rasterisation and vectorisation algorithms in the discrete domain! or is it too fit to display?
