Ms. Zahid if you consider asking for money back for a parcel that never reached me within the united states…rude behavior or misbehavior then I am absolutely guilty of this…$925 is not pocket change for vast majority of people even in United States…I DEPOSITED MONEY IN YOUR personal account on August 10th for REadymade outfits that needed some alterations…and it is now Sept. 6th…I placed the order in the 1st third of Ramadan and now Eid has come and gone and I have nothing but your ARROGANT ATTITUDE…It is for sure that you have the money in hand and I did not receive any parcel…I have spent countless hours trying to get my money…I have a family and a full time job…I am sorry I ever accepted your friend request on fb and looked at your picture gallery…I am quite selective in the dresses I choose for myself and for resale but somehow I liked what I saw in pictures and on skype…without any hassles or negiotations on prices I deposited money after falling for your sales pitches…you are a fast and smooth talker but you simply do not deliver…if you have an ounce of integrity and you have designing of OVER 27 years surely in this many years you should have learned that sellers/designers have certain responsiblities just like buyers have certain responsibility…once I agreed to buy the dresses I made payment to your account within 12 hrs…you did not send any receipt…any invoice…you never kept your word…in more than 3 weeks your credibility has surely suffered…REFUND THE MONEY AND LET ME GET ON WITH MY LIFE…anybody just has to do a google search and Ms. Zahid they will stay away from you…much of GS community knows about this fiasco…there are plenty of designers on this forum…what are you gaining by dragging this out…you insured the packaged to cover yourself…now you want to collect from the postal service and make me beg for my money? What goes thru your mind…perhaps you would like to resign from this business and industry? If you don’t know the basics of customer service I honestly wonder how you have survived in this industry for so long? Would it not make sense to design and work on your business than spend 2-3 hrs on the phone with Dead Mail Centre…I don’t which center you are calling becasue I was told by USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) they have no phone number for the Dead Mail Center…there is nobody that receives call there…the only way that package ever reaches customer is if there is an invoice inside…I highly doubt you or one of your relatives bothered to put an invoice inside the package…if the mailing label on the package wasn’t secure on the outside…I highly doubt there was anything on the inside…I HAVE LONG ACCEPTED THAT NO DRESSES OR PARCEL WILL REACH ME…YOU GIVE ALL THE DESIGNERS A BAD NAME…Its time that you step up and do the right thing…I don’t know who you are and I want to hear from people who have had a positive experience with you…Ms. Zahid Time is Money…I have lost more than $925…I have lost numerous number of hours…You can’t begin to repay me…In Ramadan when I should have been doing Ibaadat I was chasing after you…I have faith in Allah…You will get what you deserve…you should not have touch the money I sent you until the parcel reached me…it only takes 2 days with Priority mail…you saved $5 to $10 by not sending it that way but you are spending 2 to 3 daily trying to track the package…I wonder when you are working on your business and overseeing the manufacture of other dresses if you are spending tracking my lone parcel…perhaps nobody taught you the basics of business…I am sure there are brides knocking down your door for orders…Word of mouth is everything…I highly doubt you have any future in selling online…I sincerely hope that nobody will make the mistake I made (do not trust any designer for whom there is no feedback…do not simply buy inot smooth or fast talkers)…noone or nothing seems to convince you that you need to return the money at once…perhaps the lack of business will speak volumes to you! It was really liberating to be able to buy online…We were limited to the paltry selection that was available locally or limited to only certain sizes but it is scary to know that there are "designers’ like you who prey on customers…You and Your mom were constantly wanted to know if I was new to the business…perhaps you wanted to confirm that I am some idiot who would believe everything you said…Ms. Zahid I have been buying stuff online and thru mail order for YEARS…yes I just recently started selling but I am very, very familiar with the US postal system as well other couriers…May Allah give you Hidayat…
