Only went to Western China. Kashgar, Urumqi, and small districts along the way, from Sust. They eat alot of lamb/mutton dishes.

Rural China is not bad. The bigger cities though are full of racist snoots. They wont give you the time of day unless you look like the Back Street Boys. Yeah, that makes me jealous.

I agree about food, you have to go to the best hotels in town to get something decent! Otherwise:bummer:
