I cooked meethi saivyaan in the afternoon and at that time they didn’t look or feel that much oily or greasy. I put them in the fridge and right now at 3 AM I reheated them for a minute and they have come out looking soooo shiny and oily.
Yeah exactly the dry one with pistachios and stuff. But I didn’t really have that much oil while cooking and after it was served, it looked aight too… that’s what I am wondering. Oh and after reheating it, it seems even more sweet
Dubaiwali , usually when you reheat food in the microwave … due to intense heat the oil in the food gets released. What you have experienced with the sawaiya .. happens with the usual khana too … The oil wont fully show up when its fresh .. but the minute you pop it in the microwave … you will see the oil released …
With sugars in food , its the same case … they will taste sweeter when warm .. eat the same thing chilled and it will taste less sugary …
