I saw Harry potter last week. as far as kid's films go, it's not bad but i've seen better. the best character was the nasty looking guy who was head of Slitherin.

Okay I’ve been dying to read the books and I wanted to read them before I watched the movie. I finally bought the set and I have demolished 3 already. I’m going to go watch the movie now - can’t wait!

I did see the trailers and I didn’t imagine Hagrid to look like that.

I finally saw the movie on Eid. It was really good..however many tid bits from the book weren’t in the movie. ie dudley’s friend at the zoo, peeves etc

So I just watched it today. Really enjoyed it, but a few points:

-> I don't think Hermione Granger was a very good actress.

-> Who was the actor who played Snape? He looked like someone famous and he was very good.

-> I thought the quidditch scenes were really good!

-> Dudley and his mother are supposed to be blonde. Why on earth were they brunettes?

I was thinking that maybe the guy who played Snape was the dude from Robin Hood (with Kevin Cosner (sp?)).

Dudley needed to be more fat...
