Harry Potter 7: The Deathly Hallows

Re: Harry Potter 7: The Deathly Hallows

double post

Re: Harry Potter 7: The Deathly Hallows

But you just said Dumbledore was dead. Im just saying, like that was unlikely way for him to die, it doesnt seem like such a great wizard would die like that. He's smarter than that..but why would Snape sacrifice himself for the Potters, he liked Lily but shes dead now so I dont think he cares. Malfoy is probably evil, and im sure Petunia, like Sahar said, is a witch but doesnt and will never use her powers.

So basically,

If Dumbledore is really dead- Snape evil
Dumbledore alive, even in a painting or whatever- Snape good

Nevile can't be a horcrux could he?

And are Harry, Ron etc. going to skip school in order to find and destroy the horcruxes?

The perfect ending would be if Voldemort somehow got stripped of his powers, Snape dies (thas a main character), Harry lives..and I dunno abt Dumbledore, im still confused abt him.

Re: Harry Potter 7: The Deathly Hallows

daniel radcliffe started doin modelling! he might not be in the last movie

Re: Harry Potter 7: The Deathly Hallows

whoa sahar! good theory! it makes sense…but if dumbledore died before…how and when did he die? during the summer searching for the horcrux?

i dont think malfoy is evil though. i really think he is really confused and stuff. he’s mean, but not evil. you could see it when he hesistated killing dumbledore. maybe, somehow over the summer he went to someone frm OoTP and surrendered…and he’s undergoing protection. OR at the end of the book, he doesn’t really do anything bad and is caught and lives a life of remorse and repentance (is that a word?) or maybe he gets killed at the end!

Re: Harry Potter 7: The Deathly Hallows

True. But that’s why I think that perhaps he was already dead, maybe in the process of getting that ring.

Regret?

Maybe, but it’s possible that Dumbledore was dead before that point, and if that wasn’t Dumbledore on that tower, could that person just have fallen off the tower and gone into hiding before being discovered?

Maybe, but it’s more likely that Harry is one and that Neville might be faced with having to destroy the final horcrux, which is Harry.

Harry is not returning to Hogwartz. I don’t know about the others, but I’m sure they won’t stay away from Harry for very long.

Re: Harry Potter 7: The Deathly Hallows

Yes, perhaps when he got that ring. May even explain the blackened hand? Can you polyjuice someone who is dead?

You know, apparently she said something from the 2nd book is very important, and that’s when polyjuicing is introduced. I wonder if there are more details. I need to go back and reread these!

Re: Harry Potter 7: The Deathly Hallows

i think if you have enough of the stuff of the person then i think you can polyjuice a dead person. maybe dumbledore succumbed due to his injuries, and they got a lot of his hair or somethng after he died. hence the black hand =S

2nd book? what happened in the second book? think it's someone they met in the hospital?

Re: Harry Potter 7: The Deathly Hallows

so DD really is dead :( That could be...that he was already dead..but why the black hand then? And what abt the memories?

Re: Harry Potter 7: The Deathly Hallows

Two things that the last book didn't explain very well:
*Dumbledore's blackened hand
*Why everyone (Tonks, Draco, etc) kept looking all greyish and whithered. They give lame explanations (Tonks is in love with Lupin, Draco is devising his plan to destroy Dumbledore and Harry) but I just don't buy it.

Re: Harry Potter 7: The Deathly Hallows

Best way to have fun with Harry Potter nerds → threaten to tell them who dies in the next novel. :roman:

Do you guys remember that one dude who opened a thread in the Cafe the DAY the last Harry Potter book came out, and the first post read “Dumblore dies.” HAHAHAHHAHAHAHHAHAHAHA :omg:

Re: Harry Potter 7: The Deathly Hallows

lol. Thats why im so freakkin confused! The black haaaand. Tonks makes sense, thas what love does to you, makes you wither away and look dead

Re: Harry Potter 7: The Deathly Hallows

^But the same symptoms as Draco?

Re: Harry Potter 7: The Deathly Hallows

I actually think Snape isn't evil. He did it coz Dumbledore made him do it, he made that promise to Draco's mother to finish whtever her son couldn't do and dumbledore knew about it.

I m sure Dumbledore is dead too. Maybe harry would find dumbledore's pensive which would have all the details of snape's innocence.

For some reason, i think Draco would switch sides.

Re: Harry Potter 7: The Deathly Hallows

I think Draco might resent what Voldy has done to his father, so he could be persuaded to work for the Order.

But I suppose it's possible that Dumbledore ordered Snape to kill him because it was more valuable that Snape work as an insider amongst the Deatheaters.

Re: Harry Potter 7: The Deathly Hallows

Maybe Draco will save Hermione and die for her

Re: Harry Potter 7: The Deathly Hallows

^

Re: Harry Potter 7: The Deathly Hallows

haha if that happens...and it is revealed that draco had a secret crush on hermoine...omg all those fansites would just explode with excitement :D

Re: Harry Potter 7: The Deathly Hallows

It could be truuue. Whats that look for Sahar :p

In HS this indian guy used to make fun of me constantly, and then he aksed me out. Yes he AKSED me out. But wouldnt that be cool though, kind of like Snape and Lily? It wud be a toootal shock

Re: Harry Potter 7: The Deathly Hallows

everything will become clear in the last book-it always does

but iv also heard that harry potter’s gonna get killed off in this last book:teary2:jk rowling admitted that 2characters are gonna die its just a wonder of who…

its all a mystery i can’t wait till the book comes out!! as soon as i get it ill finish reading it in 10 seconds flat..lolz…

Re: Harry Potter 7: The Deathly Hallows

So I think I'm gonna time it to have the first five books reread a few days before the movie comes out, and then reread Book 6 after the movie, and then get Book 7!
