hari chutni

It’s really really good :yummy: Reminds me of Pakistan, in my gaoon on those warm afternoons when we used to go get fresh dhania to make chutni for dinner. I have always eaten it with roti and whatever salan.

Ingredients:

Dhania - 2 big bunches, finely chopped
Garlic - 2 cloves, chopped
Tomatoes - 2 medium sized, otherwise one big one, chopped
hari mirch - not the very hot kind, but mild, chopped
lemon juice of 1 lemon
salt - to taste
You could also add raw mangoes (ambiyaN) finely chopped if they are in season

In gaoon we used to make the chutni in kondi with the danda, but i guess for more modern times, add the ingredients together in a mixer, juicer, chopper, whatever, and blend it to an even consistency. Enjoy. Oh and this can be added to yogurt to make raita.
