Re: Hari chutney
ooooooooooooo thanks !!!!
Re: Hari chutney
:) you are welcome!
cilanto (including stems) healthy bunch
thin green chillies (about 6)
salt
yoghurt
lemon juice
i use the manaul hand grinder, rather than the electic as with the electric it becomes a paste, this way it stays a little chunky.
i put it through the manual grinder twice, add salt, lemon juice and yoghurt according to consistency you require.
I will add some mint (if i have any at the time) otherwise just simple as is.
Hubby prefers it in the electic mix, but he adds walnuts to it, minus the lemon juice
1 cup corriander
2-3 green chilli’s
1/2 cup fresh mint
2 cloves minced garlic
1 cup yoghurt
1/2 tsp zeera powder
salt.
Blend the first 4 ingredients, then add in the salt and zeera. Min into the cup of yoghurt. This chutney and methi paneer paratha’s ![]()
