1kg wheat soak overnight
chicken or mutton 2kg
Onions half kg
ginger garlic paste 5tb
salt as per taste

  1. sautee onions then put ginger galic paste when onions turn pink put chicken and bhono

  2. in other pot put soaked wheat and turn on stove, once chicken is done put in wheat let it cook on low heat*

  3. once wheat is fully cooked grind the mixture (but do not make fine paste) or ghota lagao

when oil or ghee comes out of harees its ready serve it with hara masala and black pepper

no she dont put any rice this is simplest and very yummy recipeu can also put butter before serving :smiley:

i tried harees which cooked by my friend she is arab it was really yummy
