that’s what i was thinking! it’s called tomato paste here…you can get it in a tube or a 4 oz can…tube is definately better, to squeeze out smaller amounts. tomato puree here is a much looser consistancy, kind of like what you’re describing with the blending.

oh okay…what about tomato concentrate? Do you guys have that in US? Or is the tomato paste same as the tomato concentrate?
