Did you use lasagna sheets? I've also heard of zucchini lasagna...where the zucchini/courgettes replace the lasagna noodles.....

re: Hareem's Housekeeping and Culinary Ideas
lol...I don't think you'll be to finish 1 serving in one go, it's very rich.
re: Hareem's Housekeeping and Culinary Ideas
making it now!
re: Hareem's Housekeeping and Culinary Ideas
oh wow , that actually looks tempting ... did you shred everything and then let it cook in the casserole in the oven? or did you precook it a bit before layering it ?

**Chicken&Egg Fried Rice
**
Preparation Time: 30 Minutes
chopped pepper (in 3 colours), spring onion and a carrot.
chicken rubbed with soya sauce and cornflour being shallow fried in extra virgin olive oil…
Boiled rice separately and mixed them with chicken and vegetables. Fried 2 eggs, sliced them in thin pieces and added them to the rice. You can add some salt in rice when you’re boiling them, if you like salt that much…otherwise there is no need.
Ready to eat.
You can replace Basmati rice with brown rice if on a low carb diet. ![]()

Re: Hareem’s Housekeeping and Culinary Ideas
I thought instead of opening individual threads I’d post everything related to household in one thread. Easier for me to post the pics etc.
So, I found these egg cups at my local garden centre’s gift shop. Besides being an element of table manners and tidy eating, there are few more reasons why I like them.
a) they’re adorable.
b) my kids love using them.
c) they’re metal so no chance of breakage.
d) they’re easily stackable.
They are available from this website.
