I added some cream cheese to the butter cream, but for some reason, I can never get it completely smooth like when I make straight forward butter cream.

I was thinking, this cake would look great if I made a chocolate cake, covered it with chocolate fondant and put white zebra strips on it with the same colour border … hmmm, I will try that out some time in the future …
