Happy new year to all and lets hope that the most deserving and best team (England) wins the world cup. Lets hope we at least turn the corner this year and also get rid of all satay baaz and people who use our country and sport to further their own interests from our midst.

Ehsan Bhai England are not invincible by any means despite leading Australia 2-1 in the current Ashes. Australia may have failed to win the Ashes but there is every chance of them levelling the series in Sydney. Ashes is important but it should not be regarded as everything. England must also prove themselves in alien conditions esp. sub-continental. We all know what happened after their Ashes victory in 2005. Despite all the hype about England possibly ruling the world for the next 10 years, it took just one more series to burst their Ashes bubble. They lost 2-0 in Pakistan and then started making lame excuses such as their players were ‘bored’ in Pakistan. And Pakistan were not even a great side then. But the bowlers esp. Akhtar and Kaneria bowled well and put the skids under England
There is no outright dominant team right now. England have done well in Test cricket recently but they will never be as consistent as Australia or Windies in their heyday.

Seems Pakistani supporters got more upset than Indians.
