It feels great to receive a special little something from your child. She made some cucumber fragranced bath salts for me at school and a lovely card saying “I love you mommy because you love me.”
But to tell you the truth, I get messages and notes from my daughters throughout the year.
What are your thoughts about having one day dedicated to mothers? Some people think it’s just another Hallmark holiday, some people argue that you shouldn’t need just one day to tell your mom how special she is…Well, I don’t really care.

everyday is a mother’s day- especially today!!
My mom hardly ever buys something for herself so mys sister and I keep finding days and excuses to treat her special when she can’t say no hence mothers day counts as well… my mother knows very well that she is very special to us and our lives literally revolve around her so we dun do any extra card/flower stuff .. for this mothers day, we asked her to go for Hajj this year on our expense and she kept saying no no I can afford it but finally she took it as a mothers day present… I tell ya we black mail her 
ps: yes it’s a hallmark holiday so i dun ever buy a Mothers day card to justify that
