^specially on the net. I get stuck somewhere else lol.
yeah it is hard..but for me I can't seem to follow written recipes coz on tv they show you the color you should be getting and when to put the flame on low and so on....
I will try and share the recipes that I try and are successful...I'm noticing the more I watch these shows and try the recipe I don't have record of them...
